Everything you need to know about booking Via 313 for your next event.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially for weekend events. For large events (150+ guests), a 4-week lead time ensures we can fully customize your menu and coordinate staffing.

Our minimum catering order is for 20 guests. For smaller gatherings, we recommend picking up a large catering order directly from our restaurant at 3016 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78705.

Yes! We offer gluten-aware crust options, vegan cheese alternatives, and can create custom pies to accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, and common allergen-free requests. Please list all restrictions in your booking form and we'll work with you during the planning phase.

We primarily serve the Austin metro area and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius. For events outside this range, please contact us directly — we may accommodate depending on the event size and logistics. Travel fees may apply for distances over 25 miles.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfer, and cash. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior receive a full refund of any balance paid beyond the deposit.

Setup is included in all packages. Teardown and cleanup is included in the Signature and Premier packages. For the Essential package, our team will remove all Via 313 equipment and supplies, but general event cleanup remains the responsibility of the venue.
